Flambée tart (in Alsatian Flammeküeche or Flammenküeche or else Flammenkuche) is an Alsatian traditional dish composed of a tart with Bread dough, covered with Plugs, onions, of Soft white Cheese and fresh Cream, possibly gratinée of Emmental rapé and cooked with the furnace.
